The LORD is the everlasting God

October 21st @ 9.25am - Yes, only by God's grace and strength I could finish.
I remember that on my last two days of walk I met 4 young people from Spain. They were walking slowly, so I reached them on the way. They asked me where I was coming from, and I just replied the town I started that morning. No, they said, where did you begin your walk?
I replied, in France in St Jean Pied de Port. They said, what!!! When did you start? I said on 12 September. They said no way, you are here now overtaking us, walking faster than us and with no problem, and we are so slow, tired and in pain.

At that point the Lord reminded me the wonderful promise He gave me at the start of my pilgrimage:
“Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭40:28-31‬ ‭NIV‬‬
Praise the Lord!!!

(I forgot to say, they told me that they had only been walking 3 days.  Hence their amazement)
